Exhibition Opening

House of Finn Juhl presents an exhibition exploring heritage and contemporary interpretation. The exhibition The Deviation is in the Detail is curated by Copenhagen-based architectural studio Mentze Ottenstein showcasing the Sea New York x House of Finn Juhl collab. The first 50 guests will receive a goodie bag.

The Artistry of Craftsmanship

​​Experience The Workshop, where Edition Copenhagen is transformed into a living production space. Within the installation, skilled craftspeople demonstrate hand-upholstery, wood finishing, and assembly—a rare opportunity to follow the intricate and demanding process behind Finn Juhl's furniture.

Afternoon Cocktail Party

Be among the first to experience House of Finn Juhl’s new installation, exploring a dialogue between heritage and contemporary interpretation.

Spatial compositions by Mentze Ottenstein and hand-embroidered textiles by Sea New York in collaboration with Kjellerup Væveri reinterpret Finn Juhl’s furniture, accompanied by a curated selection of summer cocktails by Stauning Whisky.

A guided tour of Finn Juhl’s house, arranged by Ordrupgaard Museum, offers a rare opportunity to experience Danish modernism as a complete work of art. Please note that transport is not arranged or included. The number of places for the free guided tour is limited, and tickets must be booked here.

The museum can be easily reached by S-train to Ordrup.

Roundhill Roastery will brew your favourite coffee with precision and care. Since 2012, they have championed seasonal, traceable specialty coffee that highlights the natural character of the beans—because coffee, after all, is a fruit and, like any fruit, is best enjoyed fresh and in season.
