Upholstery Event at the Bulthaup Showroom in Madrid
In November, guests attending the Finn Juhl Design Event at Bulthaup Madrid got a first-hand experience of a Pelican and a Whisky Chair being crafted. For the event, two of our upholsterers flew in from Denmark to show the great amount of work that goes behind each piece of furniture.
The upholstery of Finn Juhl's furniture still takes place in Denmark. With respect for the tradition and the demand for longevity, we put only the best materials in the hands of the most dedicated and skilled craftspeople. Mastering the craftsmanship takes years of experience, great knowledge and last, but not least, undying patience. Upholstering furniture by hand is a challenge, especially furniture as organic as Finn Juhl’s.
