House of Finn Juhl
Presented Hotel Suite in Oslo

At this year's Designers Saturday in Oslo, House of Finn Juhl presented a hotel suite outside of Japan for the very first time. Hotel House of Finn Juhl opened its doors on December 1st, 2016 in Hakuba. The hotel room displayed in Oslo was a suite, fully furnished with Finn Juhl furniture. For the full Finn Juhl experience though, you'll have to travel to Hakuba, Japan.

From Hakuba to Oslo

The suite was presented at Norsk Moteforum located in the center of Oslo. The room was decorated with sofa and lounge chair from Finn Juhl's Japan Series, Nyhavn Desk and a Reading Chair. Additionally, the room was exhibited with matching headboard, closet and bench.

House of Finn Juhl founder, Hans Henrik Sørensen, speaks about the hotel in Japan:

"Our hotel strives to emulate a cozy and comfortable home - decorated with Finn Juhl's organic furniture. The guests staying in the hotel should be able to envision coming back after a day in nature and have the senses spoiled by the scent of wood from the furniture, soft eiderdown duvets and damask linen."
