Located in Ringkøbing, nestled along the rugged west coast of Jutland, our headquarters is more than just a physical location; it is a reflection of cherished values. Surrounded by the stark and stunning nature of western Jutland, we draw inspiration from the good-hearted, honest, and enterprising people around us. This sense of community shapes our company culture, where actions speak louder than words and promises are always kept.
Our headquarters in Ringkøbing also houses our warehouse and production facilities, including an upholstery workshop and a joinery. Here, we primarily manufacture Finn Juhl's tables and storage systems.
We also operate our own joinery and upholstery workshop in Vejen, Denmark. Acquired in 2022, this 100-year-old furniture factory employs a team specialized in crafting solid wood furniture.
Our showroom and office in Copenhagen serve as the focal point for our marketing and export activities. This central location allows us to connect with our global clientele and showcase the unique Finn Juhl collection in the heart of Denmark's capital.
Most of our team members have been with us for a long time, and very few have sought to leave over the years, indicative of a stable and reassuring employment environment.
Our employee association, run by representatives from both staff and management, fosters a sense of community among our team by organizing outings and events as well as celebrating significant milestones. All our employees benefit from private health insurance, and we honour their dedication by hosting Jubilees and seasonal gatherings.
Supporting our local community is at the core of our values. We prioritize purchasing from local vendors and suppliers whenever possible. From the fresh fruit in our kitchen and planning of our employee activities to IT services and raw materials, we actively seek out local options.
