Restaurant Formel B
Formel B is anything but basic. Located on a street linking the two Copenhagen neighborhoods Vesterbro and Frederiksberg, the Michelin star awarded restaurant has been paving the way as one of the pillars on the Danish gastronomic scene for nearly two decades. The newly re-decorated restaurant has been filled with classic, extravagant pieces designed by Finn Juhl.
Formel B offers an experience out of the ordinary in warm and welcoming surroundings, characterized by marble, dark wood and sandy colours, creating the perfect setting for a unique dining experience. Accompanying the dining tables, you will find the Egyptian Chair and the 46 Armchair, some of the finest pieces from the Finn Juhl collection. The chairs are made from carefully selected solid oak and are upholstered in exclusive leather complementing the sensuous interior. Four expressive paintings by the young Danish artist Frederik Næblerød adorn the walls.
The restaurant has a clear focus on fresh, organic produce as well as animal welfare along with a sustainable conscience. Over the years, the team behind Formel B has developed a close collaboration with their Danish produce manufacturers to ensure that what they serve in the restaurant lives up to their ambition to offer a sustainable and quality conscious meal.
Owners of Formel B, Kristian Arpe-Møller and Rune Amgild Jochumsen, have a goal to keep challenging themselves and continue to evolve and push established boundaries, both in the kitchen and in the restaurant.
